Update: downgraded to 1 star ???????????? Horrible customer service. Called in for a Pho for To Go. They said it’ll be ready in 15min. I showed up 20min later and nothing was ready and had to wait 10 more minutes. A few people came in for call orders too and had to wait with me. When I got home I realized the side vegetables were rotten!! I still ate the pho without the sides and I thought the pho was very bland. I do not recommend this place anymore.
My granddaughter got her 3 teeth drilled on and she couldn't eat nothing but soup? I told her I'll buy your food if you let me take a picture of it first... Makayla said deal grandma. Great Service, Clean parking lot, Friendly Employees... Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 … More
Ordered large beef pho. The noodles were over cooked, I also suspect they may have been leftover and/or microwaved. They broke too easily and had clumped up noodle blobs. The broth tasted off: the broth should be clear but rich and refreshing. This broth was a bit cloudy from the overcooked noodles and slightly dirty meat. It had a stronger pepper taste than I preferred. The tendon was not cooked long enough and had a slight foul taste. Bean sprouts were getting old; the tips and ends were turning brown. The onions were too raw. Jalapenos were not spicy and were cut too thick. Service was slow and inattentive. The only saving grace was portion size.
