Stopped in Fresno for late lunch and came across this gem. The service was fantastic. We were a group of 5, we were greeted, seated, and had our food brought out immediately. I had the pad Thai and Thai coffee. It was delicious, hot, and the portion was great for the price. The server was personable and friendly. She was always checking on us and made easy conversation. We left happy and full!
I usually come here just for the raw beef larb. I like it spicy and bitter but somehow this one wasn’t spicy. Decided to add a couple extra dish to taste. Ordered the red chicken curry and it tasted more on the fish sauce side. I was hoping it tasted more like creamy coconut. The beef jerky was on point. Jerky is a must have with sticky rice and pepper.
Took some time getting the food, but as you know, or should know, no one wants to work anymore at restaurants so that is the price. If you're THAT guy or girl who goes to places expecting people to worship you and wait on u replacing every SIP of water immediately, and serve you a Michelin star dish for your happy meal budget, this isn't for you, in fact no restaurant is for you, stay at home and cook for urself. It was well worth the wait. All the food I couldn't eat, I took it home for lunch next day...but I ended up eating at when I got home 2.5hours later ????♀️ I think we had namh spring rolls curry (best curry had in a while, so much flavor!) I definitely was doing my happy dance ???? This place is legit. Very tiny.
