Absolutely unsatisfied. The worker charged us 20$ in tips. & when we asked for a receipt, they were hesitant. We looked on the receipt and we were charged 20$ for the tip. We then asked for a refund and they refused. I have been going there for a very long time and I have never once had this done. This is horrible. & when we asked for a refund again they pretended not to hear us and look downwards.

Tipped them selves $10 without asking and when confronted, looked away and wouldn’t look at me. Had to ask multiply times for receipt. Didn’t say anything to me until who I was with also got charged a $10 tip and when confronted claimed to say somthing about us having to tip since we ate there. But none of us heard anything about that. They would not give us our money back no matter what and kept arguing with us.seen other reviews similar. We asked the people who left right befor us if they were forced to tip and they said no. Just be carful befor you pay and don’t let them put your card in for you. And there should be a screen asking for a tip. If you never get to choose your tip then they already have the tip set. Be carful.

Great food but the service has to change. We have been to the restaurant twice and both times when ordering the waiter makes you feel like he is bothered taking your order and makes you feel like you have to hurry up and order. My question is are they aware of what they are doing and how you make customers feel. Why do that to customers. Then as I wanted to pay I asked the waiter do I pay you or do I at the counter, the waiter pointed to the counter as if I new and mumbled something. Plus when paying the bill I thought I would get a chance to see my receipt of what I ordered but never did, the cashier never asked me if I wanted one. Rude service rude staff, I do not recommend this place if you plan on trying to enjoy yourself. Lost a customer........
