We will NEVER be eating here again. Attached is a photo of our receipt reiterating several times there is a deadly peanut/tree nut allergy. Upon consumption, we learned the sauce in the steak wagyu has peanut oil and they included it anyway. Needless to say we spent the rest of the night in the emergency room. On the PF Changs website allergy matrix, it is noted “Being in the food business, we are aware that many people have serious food allergies. Peanuts is a big one for us because it’s an ingredient used a lot in Asian sauces. Luckily, we’ve thought this through. Every kitchen in every restaurant is equipped with an extensive allergy matrix. It’s very important that you let your server know about any food allergies upon ordering. This will ensure that the proper steps are followed so you can safely enjoy your meal.” Was the receipt not sufficient warning there was an allergy? TRAIN YOUR STAFF!
