Tyler made this a 4 star experience! He was very welcoming and patient. As our waiter he made sure we had everything we needed at all time and let us know they were busy which the honesty goes a long way. For Mother’s Day, he really spoiled and made sure our dinner was perfect. Thank you Tyler for your service!
I had problems placing an order online for delivery the next day. Called the restaurant directly and Kathy was very helpful in taking my order and making sure it was correct. The food came on time the next day for our office luncheon and was delicious. Great service!
Food was pretty good as I would normally expect from PF Chang's, but the service was honestly some of the worst we've experienced in a long time. There were just 3 of us, it was later maybe 730ish, restaurant was about half full, there appeared to be plenty of staff, but yet we were there for probably 1.5-2 hours. What was most distributing was at one point, maybe just after 830, ALL of the restaurant staff disappeared. They all went to the back and you heard cheering. This went on for probably 20 minutes. From listening to our server apologize to the table next to us once they ask finally emerged, mind you no apology to us or the table on the other side, apparently it was someone's last night. Great, hats off to camaraderie, but maybe do it after the restaurant closes? Or celebrate in groups so there are servers on the floor? Part of our food came out around 830, 2/3 of the table.
