Clearly Asian themed from staff uniforms to decore. Wait service good and food came out quickly. Food average. … More
I wish I wasn't having to give PF Chang's such a bad review as times before were better; definitely not like it used to be. To start, the portion sizes were very small. The food was lukewarm as soon as it arrived. The fried rice was dry, low in flavor, and there was also chunks of fried rice that they didn't evenly fry. My boyfriend had a rotting pea in his fried rice (pictured below). The Mongolian beef was very tough to eat, although the flavor was good. The only good thing was the crispy honey chicken and the Chang's spicy chicken. On top of all of this, all the plates we touched had black residue all over them which got on our hands and napkins which left stains on our clothes. Overall, it was extremely subpar and disappointing. We are ordering food later tonight to make up for the lack of food we got. Never going again and I hope you learn from our mistake.
What we ordered was tasty but the fried rice was cold. After the third attempt it was warm but for us too late. The waiter really did his best. … More
