Charleys Cheesesteaks

Absolutely pathetic. I just ordered the special from here which includes a small chicken sandwich and small fries. First of all, the guy behind the counter couldn't have cared less about anything. He didn't greet me at all. I ordered and he said 4 mins. I came back and the "sandwich" was ready but the fries were not. I use quotation marks because it was a sad excuse for a sandwich. There was barely any lettuce so I asked him for more lettuce and he said that it was all underneath. Just give me more lettuce without giving me an attitude, please. I took a bite of the sandwich and it was bland and completely unseasoned. Avoid this place at all costs. It's also very expensive!

The sandwiches and cheese fries are ok, but the prices are a little high.. $16+ for a lunch combo.

Went during an event and the service was TERRIBLE!!!! I understand the staff was probably busy due to the high volume of customers, but the service was unacceptable. We were told to hurry up with our order which was absolutely the wrong way to start. Then the service remained terrible throughout the order. The worker even got upset at us when we asked for some ranch for our loaded fries. Would never give this place my business again.
