Chinese food chain with nice atmosphere and ok service but slow. Food is average at best and nothing spectacular but good for a date night if your not in a hurry. Don’t order the short ribs!
Decided to eat here and everything thing was good until it was time to check out. And I seen she charged me for something my grandma didn’t order and we told her and she said well you ate it and gotta pay for it. But my grandma said that that’s not what she pointed to when she ordered. Then the manager took the difference off and then the women became rude and short with us when we asked about a drink and as soon as she told us what it was she immediately walked away when we weren’t done talking. Though I’ll be back bc I enjoy the food service could be better.
The food was delicious and thr service was great!! The restaurant was as busy as I expected so we were seated promptly. We placed our drink and appetizer order and everything came out fairly quickly. Our entrees arrived shortly after the appetizer. We were able to eat and leave the restaurant in less than an hour total. The manager coming over to see if our food was ok was an added bonus to customer service!! I would recommend PF Chang's to anyone visiting the Greenville area.
