Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

I gave them a 5 because they were very accommodating. We went there for a pie and asked for a special order without calling ahead, they were more than happy to fill our special request AND they even gave my grandbaby a stuffed flamingo! We were in a pinch and they went above and beyond to help!! Oh, and the pie was DELICIOUS!!

Appropriately dressed to receive service. My daughter and I went to a close by restaurant to celebrate our girls weekend get away. We arrived at this Perkins at 8:30 pm. The sign states they close at 9pm. A staff member with blonde hair stated we could order a to go from the menu and that they stopped serving in the dining room at 830. So, as we are looking at the menu, at 835pm an elderly couple came in. The same lady that refused to seat us took the couple immediately to the dining area where they were seated. When I express our being treated unfairly, I was told I came after 830 pm. UNFAIR SERVING PRACTICE!!!!

Horrible customer service. Walked in at 8:30 not realizing they close at nine. Was willing to place a to go order. While looking at the menu, another couple walked in. The couple informed the hostess they also had more people coming however they hadn’t arrived yet. The hostess seated this couple immediately as we were still searching the menu for our to go order. We decided to leave without placing our order due to the discrimination we felt regarding who the hostess was willing to seat. I now understand why this restaurant receives poor business. It’s the attitude of the staff that will cause it’s demise.
