Culver's

Stopped in for a cheat meal and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was at our table in 10 minutes and piping hot ...all this despite the long lines both inside and out. Staff was very pleasant and the place was clean. If you are craving a burger and fries "cheat on your diet" meal...this is the joint...

Two times in a row and they not only made us wait a combined 50 minutes outside for our order (30 the first trip and 20 the second) but also screwed it up. Only reason we went back a second time was because they gave us a free sundae coupon. They even got that wrong! Don’t bother wasting your time going here.

I ordered 2 shakes in the drive thru and was told to pull around for total. I then waited while another car sat at the window waiting for their order, which isn't the normal process. Cars are given a number to park. I get to the window and went to pay, only to be told that their chip reader is working. Which ok, fine. So I asked if he could swipe instead of using the chip. He said no, I can't. Then he asked for a different card without a chip, my response was, who has cards without chips these days. He then asks me if I have cash. I said no! He then asks if I wanna come inside. We'll, NO I don't that's why I came through the drive thru. At this point I'm super frustrated and said to forget my order. I know not everyone has it, but commonsense tells me you could walk to the front counter yourself and put in for 2 milkshakes and swipe my card there if the INSIDE registers worked, right?! I am blown away by the lack of customer service I received tonight. I have been a fan of Culver's up
