Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

This restaurant is located in a hotel/business park. There are few dining options. It was freezing in there on a day that was not that hot. Because of this, we got our order to go. They do not wait on you here, you must order from the counter. They were fairly quick to prepare our dinner. I had shrimp and they neglected to give me any type of sauce. It was delicious, though. My husband had chicken fried steak and it was disappointing. Parking: Plenty of parking

For being next to basically just hotels, this place is a nice change of food. I actually like how you go up to the desk and order food versus waiting forever for a waitress like most places are now. The food was decently priced with actually a medium sized portion. Over all very impressed with this place and the price!

Less than great experience today. Everytime we go, we each order the same thing: hungry man breakfast with two over easy eggs, breakfast potatoes, and pancakes. We know what it looks and tastes like. I don't know what the problem was today, but things were just not right! We waited nearly 35 minutes for our meals. The bacon was practically raw, when it is normally crispy. The breakfast potatoes we're not crispy. They were barely warm to the touch! The pancakes shrunk in size; both diameter and fluffiness. My sausage link was burnt on one side while my husband's link was cold when you cut into it. My eggs were over medium, bordering on over hard. There should be consistency over time, sure. But there should undoubtedly be consistency between two identical meals ordered on the same ticket! Other tables were struggling as well. The table next to us had ordered four salads.
