Percheron Mexican Grill

Saw this on YouTube in one of Mark Wiens' videos and decided to drive from west Texas to try it. We had the carne asada and the mixed, which is a mixture of carne asada and pastor. Requested both be wrapped in bacon. Today, that broke down per burrito as $12.50 ($9.75 for the burrito and an additional $2.75 for the bacon wrap). Each burrito they offer comes with shredded mozzarella, green chile strips, tomato, onion and avocado. They also offer a few different salsas and you get a grilled jalapeño as well. Overall, this food was good. I think they are experiencing a bit of youtube fame right now, so there are quite a few people going just to try the burrito wrapped in bacon out. Can't say I blame them, I did the exact same thing! I'd say, just remember to be patient during your wait. I was a bit disappointed to see they are a cash only operation, seeing as how there are so many methods to pay out there. But hopefully that will change soon.
