Pepe's Finest Mexican Food

Been coming here for years, and the food is about as good as it gets for a drive-thru. One breakfast burrito is enough food to keep me full all day long, and my wife's chorizo plate was exactly what we were hoping for.

Very poor service. You expect better service from the drive through. Enough time sitting and waiting for your order to be correct. You pay for food. You get home to enjoy your food you paid for. Then, you open your bag to see this? Tortilla with no meat (when you ask for plain taco). You ask for a chicken taco and you get beef? You order a carne asada plate and you get 2 tortilla chips. My wife calls in to let them know. She has to drive all the way back and hand back the carne asada taco (that’s their policy?). That’s not even sanitary or should be a health department issue here? You also have to justify they got the order wrong? Terrible customer service ends up crushing your reputation and no one will eat at your establishment. The food is subpar and too salty at best. Go to Alberto’s or even Tams burgers! I give this place zero stars for customer service and 1 star for food prep. Keep driving or looking for the next Mexican restaurant. Take my word for it. It’s not worth the hassle

I love Pepe’s. The red chile beef is my favorite, but I haven’t tried everything on their menu yet. The staff has always been friendly and patient while I am taking a long time to decide what I want. The dining room is clean and they have a patio area with a dog bowl so you can bring your puppers and they will have water to drink.
