My sister had recommended this restaurant while we were shopping downtown Walnut Creek. We came for lunch on MLK day. Was able to find parking in their parking lot. Waited a few minutes to be seated. You can either from their lunch specials menu or order family style during lunch time. Lunch special was a good deal... $9.95 for a soup, salad, rice, egg roll and a main dish. I ordered the Kung Pao Trio with brown rice.... it had chicken, beef and shrimp! My meal was a pretty good size portion. It did however only come with 2 pieces of shrimp lol. It was very flavorful and had a kick to it..... enough to make my nose run. It was good though. We ordered 3 Thai iced teas but they said they only had one.... which I found odd. Why only one?!?!? So ended up not getting it at all. The service was fast. The waiter was nice and friendly. It was hard to understand the waitress though.
Such an amazing environment to enjoy a good authentic Chinese meal! Amazing server and the owner is super sweet and great spirited. Portions are a great size!
