Penn Station East Coast Subs

The one on Delhi pike is awesome. One time I walked in and the manager remembered my name from before, so when she said it. Surprised me,. I thought that added a nice touch to my experience. They are consistent. Staff are friendly. Service is always fast. Food is always good. I enjoy eating here.

This is the best Penn Station I have ever visited! For starters the place is clean, the manager was on the line helping cook. He stepped aside and took my order, and then jumped back on the line. By the time I got down to pay, he was there helping as well. It was nice to see a manager helping all over. The older lady at the register was very sweet and kind, and the younger lady bagging food and getting it all organized was working her butt off to keep things rolling. I barely waited to get my food. They were really busy, but yet had things together and were all very professional and had great customer service!
