Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love chipotle, but if you order online at this store, be prepared to wait up to an hour after the promised time for your food. and when you get it, most likely it will be poorly made and just hastily thrown together. very disappointing. Better to just wait in line and make sure you get what you paid for.

never had much of an issue with this location before but every time I’ve wanted to go lately it’s been closed completely or only doing online order only. And then it’s way past the actual pickup time. I’ve gone in three times now and have seen the same groups of people who was waiting before I even put my order in after rudely being told by staff it’s online only. I used to work for chipotle myself and we NEVER ran our store like this no matter what our staffing issues were.

Employees are extremely rude barely give you any ingredients even when you ask for extra the ignore you. Ask for anything to be added and the lady asks if that’s all like girl we’re at the beginning of the line rice and chicken is not all I want. She was the rudest out of all of them also super lazy told us they were out of sour cream because she didn’t want to put more on the make line and when we were done eating we looked and saw sour cream. Won’t go back to this location!! I wish workers understood that of business goes down their hours go down. Nobody has customer service at this place.
