Penn Station East Coast Subs

They were supposed to be open until 10. When I got there at 9:30 they were already closed. I am so sick of these businesses closing that early, and penn station does it a lot. If you want to close at 9, fine, but don't say you are open until 10! If you're closing early because business is slow, here's a thought: business is slow because customers can't rely on you to be open when you say you will!

It says they close at 10:00 online and the sign on the door also says 10:00. Went to get food they locked the doors at 9:15. It wasn't because they was short staffed, because there was plenty of workers. Seems like they have a habit of closing earlier than they are supposed to.

Had to do it! Very disappointed in people's work ethic these days. (One of the female employees) -Your eating fries and a sub while your preparing my food and others in my face as I stand there that's very disrespectful and unsanitary with everything going around! Will likely be my last time eating here I don't even want to eat my food that I payed almost $20 for 1 meal.
