The Main St. location is always very slow. We try to order online for pickup whenever we go, but I really think we’d be better served just getting in line and ordering when we get there. Otherwise, the food is generally good.

Very gross to be served from a table like that. I told the lady that probably it would be encouraging to order if that table is cleaned every now and then, , she said they will, once we stop giving them too much jobs ( meaning ordering food). In the food industry 3 min of cleaning is worth more than serving a lot of poeple inappropriately. You can def tell when it’s not someone business. Def no, for this place. Not going anymore

After using the app to place a delivery order for a small group at work, our portion sizes were lacking and we had missing items. We called the Bexley location to notify them about the missing items and very small portions (you could see the bottom and sides of the bowl), the representative was very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Rather than provide the missing items and offer any solution to the very light bowls, he responded rather disrespectfully and attempted to argue. We opted to take the order back to the location and the manager refused to remake the bowls even after seeing that the portion sizes were subpar. We've had poor service and small portions from this location before, but they are conveniently located to our office. From now on we will opt to pick up from a different location rather than deal with consistently poor service.
