Terrible experience here. Admittedly when I saw this was a franchise like panda express I had my reservations but I'll give anyplace a try once. I personally got the general Tso chicken and it was actually good, my wife however got the kung Pao chicken and it was inedible, I tried some and had to spit it out is was like chewing on a salt lick. My son's dumplings were cold he said. And my daughter's chicken lo mein was rubbery and she didn't eat the chicken after trying it. Sticky floor and leaking ceiling. For the cost you'd think they could fix their place
Update: This location struggles recently with order times. They said our order would be ready at 6:30 and my husband sat and waited for over an hour and our food wasn’t ready till 7:30. No apologies no I’m sorry, nothing. We are very disappointed. We come to find out the food has been sitting up front for over 30 minutes even after multiple attempts of my husband asking if our food was ready. Hopefully they get it together soon. We love Pei Wei! They have fresh delicious food cooked to order. Every now and then it can get extremely busy and you have to wait for your food, but it’s worth it. I highly recommend the honey seared shrimp. Staff is always friendly. The location offers inside and outside seating. Ordering through their app is easy. Don’t forget to join their rewards program to earn free entrees.
Ordering was really easy. I went to peiwei.com and placed my order and within 5 minutes I was parked at the restaurant and I didn’t wait not even two minutes before my order was brought out to me. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was great and very fresh it was piping hot. Will definitely eat here again.
