Cant add a new review, had to delete my old one to type this one. So here it goes...a little disappointed here, arbys was nice enough to send me 2 complimentary meal vouchers for the inconvenience I experienced with my meals. I did call back just to confirm it was 2 and if they expire and I was told there are 2 vouchers and I can use them whenever. So basically your telling me they do not expire confirming I can use them whenever. I get the envelope in the mail and placed it on my counter so I don't lose them. It's hard to plan for lunch with my partner when we work crazy schedules and he travels for work. So finally when we both get time off to use them we open the envelope and guess what, only one meal voucher and it expired back in April of 22 even though I was told I could use them whenever. I love arbys and still go, just would have been nice if I was able to receive my 2 meal voucher and told if or if they do not expire. Keep up the good food....bring back the onion rings.

I got home and this was my 3 chicken tenders! Unbelievable! They’re tiny! And it was like $10 for my meal! Beware! They’ll cheat you out of money if you’re not careful!

What can I say? They got our order completely wrong. I ordered 4 beef and cheddars and they gave us 4 brisket sandwiches. We were in the drive thru. When I told the teen at the window the order was wrong he didn’t know what to do. I tried to hand the bag back to him and he just looked at me. There wasn’t a manager to help and instead of holding up the drive thru line, we didn’t make a big deal and decided to take the sandwiches. 3 other people in the car heard me order beef and cheddars but Arby’s got it wrong. What happened? Clearly the system doesn’t work. How were beef and cheddars confused with brisket? Not sure. Is the drive thru speaker broken? I can’t even. Do yourself a favor and don’t order the brisket. After trying our surprise menu item, I’d recommend against it. It has bbq, fried onions, and cheese. Huh? Get your brisket from a bbq joint.
