Food was GREAT Service was AWFUL. I asked kindly if they had any sweet and sour sauce (since it was my first time trying Pei Wei) literally the lady walked away as she was saying we don’t have “no sweet and sour sauce.” It was just a simple question?
How’s possible they’re still serving customers out Togo plates? If you spend close to $40 for a meal for 2 people at least give your customers some regular plates and silverware like other place, we’re almost two years on the pandemic and it’s not an excuse for this company to treat their customers like this. I’m not complaining about the food but the way they treat their customers. Good job Pei Wei for being worse than Panda Express.
