Came in for a late lunch on Wednesday afternoon. Looks like they were just catching their breath from a busy lunch rush. It was just me and I am not in a rush. I ordered my meal, got a drink and sat down to start perusing the news and general style of the world. Meal arrived, (new firecracker chicken with rice-delicious) Carlos asked if I needed anything, and that was that. A few moments later, Carlos came back to the table to apologize for the wait on the food. I had not noticed it took longer than it should have (by their standards, not mine). Normally we receive a heaping plate of food. There was so little I had to order a second plate for my son! There was a manager running the register and doing the cleaning and one cook. I've never walked into a Pei Wei so understaffed. The food we did receive was good and for that three stars. However, this is a long ways away from being the ty
Crispy and delicious. I he firecracker chicken was on point. After a long day this is exactly what I needed!
