Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

I really appreciate these guys taking care of us. The lady ringing us up let us know that for $2 more we could upgrade to the feast and basically get free crab cakes and donuts. Our kids really wanted edamame, she totally hooked us up. With all of the increases in costs in this country it was pretty awesome to actually get a great deal. The food came out really fast and was as delicious as always. They came and checked on us a couple times. This is a top notch pei wei!!! Thanks for the great food and service. ❤️

I had a bad experience with Pei Wei last week, and the manager Stephanie reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience, and not only did she get my whole family a few free entrees and side of rice she also said she was going to refund me for the bad experience we had. I really appreciate Stephanie. Also, I have celiac and she made sure to cook my food in new oil and let me know I can reach out to her moving forward when we want to order from there.

I have done many business lunches with Pei Wei and will continue to do so. Today was one of my largest orders and pick ups for 25+ was scheduled for 11:30. They had another large catering order for noon as well with a normal lunch time rush as well. Some of the other order accidentally got mixed in with mine and it took some time for them to get everything sorted out but without fail they made it right for me! All the employees worked their hardest and fastest today and it solidified why I love using them so much! My lunch was a huge success today and I know I just made some new Pei Wei fans out in West Jordan. Keep up the great work!
