Sad. Food was overpriced garbage. Boyfriend’s shrimp tasted almost spoiled. My salad was flavorless, quesadilla was flavorless goo and crackers. Our on-tap beers were double the price of a bar, $8 instead of the reasonable $4 we’d spend elsewhere. Staff were good and were trying their damnedest. Pretty upset with how much we paid for food we deeply regretted ordering and overpriced beer. Will never be back.

I went there for takeout yesterday for myself and a friend. I ordered the 10 oz sirloin to be cooked medium. When I got home I could tell it had been cooked well past well done which I really don't like. I called Chili's to inform them of the mistake and to see if I could return it and have another steak cooked correctly. I spoke with Amy who told me of course I could but not to worry about bringing the first one back. I arrived at the restaurant where she brought out my order along with an appetizer as well. During my teens and twenties I worked at many restaurants so I know mistakes happen. I wasn't terribly upset but I did want my steak cooked to my liking. Thanks to Amy, everything was fixed and then some. I will definitely return due to her wonderful attitude and willing to help. Thank you, Amy! I'll be a repeat customer due to your great attitude and willingness to help.

We got takeout. One of the worst steaks I’ve probably ever had. Ordered it medium well and basically got beef jerky with how overcooked and charred it is. Really disappointing. Other entree came out alright. Would not recommend the car side takeout. They forget to bring it to the car and the food just sits and gets cold until you go inside to get it. I don’t mind going inside, I would just like to know if I should do that from the get go.
