And in the on going saga of trying to get this place to process a simple refund. 18 days and numerous phone calls and it’s still not resolved! On 10-1 I ordered take out online, went to pick up my order and had to wait, no big deal. Finally get my food and get home, they gave me the incorrect appetizer, again no big deal. My entree was good but they served it on cold rice bummer! I called to request a refund for the appetizer the same night, guy said he would take care of it. Mid week it still had not hit my account, so I called again and was told it can take 2 to 5 business days to call back and speak to a Mgr. I waited and called again on the 7th spoke to the new GM and she told me it was lunch rush and she would look into it and call me back in 1 hour, no return call until after 4 and she said it was NOT processed but that she would take care of it and refund the whole meal. I said that I was not expecting that but I appreciated it. Fast forward to today, the 18th and still NO ref
Clean atmosphere, welcoming staff, and tasty variety recommend this location. We came for a Friday night meal, and we left happy and full. Walter took great care of us, and our food was hot and delicious. Restrooms were also well maintained. Overall, a positive experience.
Dined in with my friend today. We went there, because my friend wanted Chinese take out style food, but I’m gluten free. Honestly the gluten free options looked pretty plentiful, but I’m always skeptical of the food until I see how it makes me feel. The food came out fast, and the restaurant staff were really nice, but honestly this location just wasn’t that clean. There were gnats flying around while we were trying to eat, and like a ton of dead crickets in and around the entrance. It was just kind of gross and ruined my appetite.
