My husband loves Chipotle and I'm so so about it. What I dislike about it is asking for an extra...like a lot of cheese. I always tell them I'm ok to pay an upcharge, they say they can't do that but also can't give me what I ask for. The staff seems stressed about the situation and my husband didn't get his bowl with amount of cheese he wanted. Please
Horrible, beans are hard and undercooked, rice undercooked, tall lady manager was rude. Chipotle in Murphy is 10 times better run and better food. Period.
In Rowlett the food is good but they are very unorganized, always out of utensils, drinks, napkins. Not friendly either. The Garland location doesn't seem to have these issues.
