Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Decent Pei Wei food.... when they get your to go order correct, which has been 50/50 for us. Be sure to check your order before you leave. 10 meals over 5 orders and 5 meals have been wrong. Order seems to be inputted correctly but goes wrong in the kitchen. And should management read this, using a copy and paste reply that simply states to contact Pei Wei is complete cop out and shows you as the manager are simply to lazy to think of a reply. Please consider the perception to other potential customers reading the reviews.

Please Note this review is for the Main Street location in Frisco. Recently my wife and I ordered take-out and after she arrived back home with our meals and hers looked nothing like what she ordered or what is pictured on their website so I called to speak with the Manger. According to the Manager they are no longer using the same ingredients in their Orange Chicken and it was very obvious. It looks and tastes, "Horrible". Restaurants should never be allowed to advertise something the consumer will never get. On a side note: Had we seen the picture of the bugs in one of the reviews shown I can guarantee you we never would have ordered from this establishment in the first place. In closing I would like to say that it appears making money is more important than keeping it's customers happy and safe. It's absolutely disgusting to know that food from a restaurant is served with bugs in it. The Health Department needs to close your restaurant.

Currently on a business trip and looked up for any nearby restaurants - that is when I saw Pei Wei in Frisco. First ever visit and loved to see that they have great options especially if you have any dietary restrictions to accommodate. Great service from cashier, meal was delicious. Will definitely swing by again soon!
