Have to take the time to compliment the manager. Unfortunately I missed their name. But we were trying to order on DoorDash, and the menu was “busted”. We couldn’t add a salad to the order without selecting a dressing, but not prompt or option came up to select the dressing. Called the location and explained I was placing the order, and could they sub in the salad we wanted. They checked and figured the situation out quickly, and our order came perfect. Couldn’t be more pleased and had to take the time to write this review complimenting the customer service. Food was great also; so win win! Edit: I was about to order again, but nobody ever fixed the menu on DoorDash. I don’t want to have to call each time, so we are ordering elsewhere right now. You lost an order because nobody fixed the system. Hope you fix it asap, if it’s not fixed next time you’ll be off my radar.
Very disappointed with our meal this evening. I paid $7 extra for an ounce of brisket, which wasn’t even worth it-the Mac and cheese was dry and flavorless, the broccoli was over cooked, the enchiladas were a soaked watery mess, not cheesy, not enchilada looking; the banana pudding was so liquified it hardly looked or tasted like banana pudding; to be fair the sweet potatoes were fine, and so was the chicken but for the rest of the meal to suck for $80 yeah not worth going back.
Our first time trying the chicken strip plate. The chicken was rubbery it was really chewy for some reason. Other than the odd chicken texture everything else was just ok.
