Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Had dinner here tonight. We used to really enjoy it but haven't been in a while. Terrible! The food tasted like frozen Chinese. The atmosphere is awful. The AC must be out bc it was uncomfortably hot. And one booth seemed to be demolished and just had a tarp thrown over it. Definitely not worth the money to eat here.

Well.. I ordered ahead, went to pick it up and got there early. I had no expectation that my order would be waiting for me because I was early. What I found however was a pretty disgusting lobby and backed up kitchen. The girl at the counter was extremely nice and because of her I was more than happy to wait patiently. Postmates text me to say my order was ready long before it actually was. The boys in the kitchen were using their hands to sort meats between plated dishes. Noodles were hanging out of containers as they were being passed over to the to go counter. No one had gloves on. When I received my order it was way under cooked. It's tofu so not deadly but definitely not pleasant. They did remake it and it did turn out ok but I can't say that I will be rushing back anytime soon.

We eat here often, and it is always excellent! The food is always very fresh and tasty, and the staff is very friendly! The manager is especially nice and always remembers us!
