Chili's Grill & Bar

Food wasn’t that good but it was empty and slow. Servers didn’t really have to do much except being food and we paid on a tablet so that was fast. I’ve never been to a chili’s before but it was okay. Evidentially the drinks are cheap. I left my retainer case there and called back to check if they still had it 40 minutes later but they threw it away. All over okay restaurant.

Came in two hours before close, and the staff had essentially already mentally clocked out for the night. Had to ask for our waters, spent more time waiting for the check than eating, and watched as multiple staff walks around but never once waited on us, the literal only people there. Get it was later, but don't post your hours if you're not willing to provide service the full time.

Party of 6 adults and 1 child were refused service before 10pm on a Saturday due to being short staffed. Not sure why a company would prefer to turn down paying customers over communicating service might be slower than normal.????‍♀️
