Pedro's Tacos

I take food recommendations very seriously. So we made the hour drive for this burrito and it was worth it. At first I was worried it was too small. It was the perfect amount of food for today but if I was hungrier it might not have been enough.

Avoid this place. Don’t let the long drive-thru line deceive you. The fish in the fish taco really IS just a big fish stick. The tortillas were hard and the big fish stick was dry, like fish stick jerky. The taquitos were also really dry, even though they were covered in melted cheese and trashy guacamole that must have come from a package. The homemade green salsa was gelatinous, which I have never experienced before. If someone drags you here anyway, get the shrimp taco, but you will still have to deal with hard corn tortillas and lots of mayo. It was the worst fast food I have ever had. The service was fast and friendly. I don’t usually write reviews for places I don’t like, but this one felt necessary.

Expensive but I guess everything is nowadays. The horchata was terrible. It was definitely just that soda style with the syrup connected to soda water but it was too sweet. The point of the review is is that they wouldn't take cash to pay for the meals because of some BS covid safety nonsense and right next to their machine to take your credit card is a can for dollar bills saying tips are welcome. If that alone doesn't tell you this type of intelligence making decisions over there than nothing else will.
