Peddler Steak House

This was our first time eating here. The steaks are what they are known for and they are delicious! The calamari appetizer was very tasty. The low point of our dining experience was the desserts....Very bland and obviously pre-packaged. If it is your first time here as well, take the time to read the back of the menu...it explains some of the rich history behind this building, the area and the restaurant. Parking: The parking area is not flat or smooth and VERY limited.

Originally if I could’ve given it 0, I would, however after speaking to the manager, Melissa, I upped the stars. We walked in and didn’t have to wait long, but we sat in the patio area when it was 35F and snowing outside so needless to say we were cold. It was also dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Our server, Paul, acted like he had no want to be here and got our drinks wrong. Our steaks were awful. My friend ordered medium and it showed up rare with 50% fat, they took it back and when it was brought again it was medium but charred. My boyfriend ordered a steak that was supposed to be medium well and showed up medium rare. It came back still under cooked. Our server was nice enough to take one of the steaks off. We still ended up paying roughly $150 for what we could’ve gotten at Longhorn for about $50/55. The manager, Melissa, came by and was wonderful. She explained how everything should have been and very much apologized. She was wonderful and sat down to listen to

Wow....outstanding bartender in Michele! Nice, polite good conversationalist, jam up!!! Spend sometime at the bar!  Becca was our server and she was on point. I had the ribeye with fries delicious. My wife just had had salad bar and baked potato. For the price point this place can't be beat. Odd little building too...
