Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is my first time at this Olive Garden and I have to tell you that the service was great and did came out fast and my Father, my wife and I loved the food. We got two Chicken and Shrimp carbonara and one Tour of Italy, with two very delicious soups Pasta e Fagiole and Chicken & Ganocchi. Elaina was very courteous and very helpful! Update: Today, I went with my father and wife for the second time to Olive Garden because our first try was amazing. Fortunately, Tracy, our awesome serve insightful knowledge about the ingredients of dishes, gave us the right details to make the proper decision on what dish to pick. Unfortunately, I found out that the lasagna had Pork in it (Italian Sausage) in which Elaina failed to tell us that even after we told her that we are Muslims and we don't eat Pork, or food cooked with Alcohol. I was shocked to learn that from Tracy, and she even asked one of the people in the kitchen and confirmed that. She did bring it up to management so that other server

This was not a normal Olive Garden experience. I have not been to this location in years… but years ago the service and everything was good. Last night however, the food was decent but the service was subpar. Maybe they were understaffed. But our poor server was running around taking care of big tables and couldn’t keep up. Our negative experience was not his fault… he tried and had a smile on his face the whole time. But, everything was super SLOW. We all got salads and soup and had to wait 5-10 minutes between ordering more. We never saw a manager or anyone walking around checking on tables. I’m not sure what the breakdown was… maybe staffing issues, management, or lack of training. But, it wasn’t a good experience.

Whoever was/is the female server inside the bar today is RUDE and had an attitude. It is Sunday, August 6 @3:30 pm. The restaurant was not even 1/4 as busy as I’ve seen this restaurant chain get and the servers were in borderline chaos. Apparently the servers need more training to handle a larger crowd. They weren’t in sync and it was obvious. Like running in circles. The server I ended up with was very good but seemed almost overwhelmed. She was nice and friendly! If my server hadn’t tried hard to do her job, I would have paid for my drink and walked out. Inexcusable these days for bad customer service.
