QUALITY! Love the food, polite staff & clean fast food establishment! Drive thru generally quick as is the line indoors. Join their email list for rewards / offers. Love their grilled chicken sandwiches, bowls and shakes! I would recommend this place and suggest that you leave a review to help others.
Getting better on customer service. Food was fresh but fries seemed old. Men's bathroom had no soap or paper towels. Store was clean and great atmosphere. Parking: Parking is limited at this location.
I rarely go to PDQ’s because I remembered them being kinda expensive (for a fast food) years ago but comparing them to prices now, more than reasonable. The associates today were more than understanding and I am ever so grateful to have gone today. My interaction with Alison was very pleasant, answered my questions and further explained even after I paid. Tim the manager was also great; generous and kind. Both seem like good people who do their job extremely well. C:
