Chili's Grill & Bar

We stopped by for a quick lunch. Our server Olivia was so sweet, warm and welcoming. The food was served fast and efficiently. The bartender was extremely loud. You could hear her yelling across the restaurant watching a football game and talking to other staff. It's a restaurant with a bar. Not a bar that serves food.

Horrible service from start to end. Forgot my drink order start (never did get it). My wife ordered sparkling water, we got soda water from the bar gun. Ok drinks aside, we get chips and salsa and she never brought us plates or showed back up for us to request them. So dinner comes and then no silverware. I ask her for some, almost fifteen minutes later my wife gets up to get some from the bar and then the waitress finally brings them over after she gets some. So cold steaks and more sizzling fajitas. At this point our drinks are empty and eventually we flag someone down for a refill. This nice young lady explains a server walked put mid shift and they are down. I am a reasonable person and can understand that but our waitress was gone so long, we thought she was the one that walked out. lol luckily we could pay on the machine or we might still be sitting there. The food & drinks were really good & fresh! I do have to mention the fries and tortilla chips were saltyyyyy but nothing I couldn't shake off. We were a party of 10. One suggestion, bigger/wider tables for a larger parties? We were cramped, elbow to elbow when eating. When all the food came out it almost seemed impossible for everything to fit on the 2 tables they put together along with the drinks. ???? Other than everything was good! ????????
