If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got burrito bowls, I started eating and noticed so much liquid. Come to find out it was water! If you look further down in the reviews, some other people had the same problem. I called to get a refund, and they kept giving me the run around trying to remake the food or give me a credit. I told them that I didn’t live in Chicago and that it didn’t make sense for me to do that. They told me they’d call me back regarding the issue and never called me back. So I’m leaving Chicago without a refund. Just read all of the comments before going to this place. It’s not worth your money or time!

The meat used was not steak as requested it was some kind of beef roast. When we called them they said only use arrachera when requested. Also ordered 1 veggie and one steak burrito, they miss labeled them. Will not be back.

now i understand why people only go there once! absolutly the worst. bad service. bad food. small portions.El milagro chips out of a bag?? Really?2 TBLE spoons of pot roast on a burrito!!? nasty.
