I went through the drive thru This morning and when I was paying with my card the young lady was on her phone texting. This made me uncomfortable because I don't know if they are taking a picture of my card or just texting with someone but that card is my personal info. They shouldn't be on their phones anyway when working. It was extremely busy and there was a long line behind me. I'll be watching my account for any discrepancies. If any I'll know from where. They use to have awesome staff there but now it's lousy. Not the same at all. Is it still the same owner? Whoever is in charge needs to start hiring competent people.
this Dunkin is a hit or miss with me, had really bad service, but then I started going before work and encountered the best service, you will get here is in the mornings 3-7ish by Jessica, hand to god GOLD standard employee, kind, courteous, caring, fast, accurate, always with a smile, even when at times you can clearly see she is tired, she is truly a joy to deal with, and the only reason I stop at this location in the mornings. she is a ray of sunshine. and the other times well....... just go during her morning shift lol you'll thank me
