Papasan's Vietnamese Cuisine

The food was amazing. I enjoyed the short ribs so much. The atmosphere is definitely a vibe. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great meal & friendly staff

Before writing this review I called the restaurant in order to give them a chance to fix this BUT I received no calls back or response when I called for a manager. The experience was less than desirable. My first experience with Pho was in Hawaii last week! In Hawaii the meal was fresh, clean and fulfilling! I love it and ate it 4 of the 7 days there. What I remembered most was how clear and energetic I felt! Immediately following my trip I came home to discover this dish so I looked and found a place to order! The place I ordered from was at Papasan’s Vietnamese on Narcoossee Rd. The soup was poor and met none of the clean, fresh favors I experienced in Hawaii, the vegetables were not fresh, the limes and lemon were not fresh! I received hardly anything bean sprouts and non fresh basil! The meat looked fresh and the noodles were just ok! I wish they had provided some good customer service so I could have a better experience but no one seem to care! This is a new restaurant in my town

From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted like your family visiting someone’s home. The hospitality is amazing, each and every person working checked on us while we were there made sure we had everything we needed. THEN there is the food!! Naturally we went and tried something from almost each section of the menu and from the first bite to the last sip was just a dance of beautiful and stunning flavors ???? I’ll def be back to try the things i didn’t get to order today! Highly recommend, and with all the food i ordered i spent less then 60$ So very worth every penny with a great amount of food !
