Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita

I have ordered from this location before and usually the service is good however, I placed an order this evening and the service was less than acceptable. The driver left my food on the porch and never knocked on the door or sent any kind of notification. And the salad I ordered was not delivered. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again.

Spent $70 on pizza and bread on 1 order. Cheese bread was burnt beyond belief. 2 pizzas out of 4 the crusts were burnt. How could someone knowledgeable in pizza send that out the door? Owner says "oh I'm being nice by replacing it" forget this place. Will never waste my money here again. Second time something got burnt. I recommend people to drive a little further to maybe the one at 9 mile and gratiot at least they offer something in return for their mess up! Very unprofessional owner.

Under new management and it's absolute trash. Ignoring the fact that when I walked in the kid was on his phone and not wearing his mask at all, I am currently eating undercooked cheese bread with pepperoni even though what I ordered was a large round pizza. They not only undercooked it, but they literally forgot the sauce on the pizza. Hope they're able to turn it around because this was far and away the worst experience I've ever had at any Papa Romano's. This wasn't even worth the price of a Little Cesar's pizza.
