The Big Salad

Staff was nice, chicken ceaser salad was good. I got the salad and sandwich combo. The caprese sandwich was garbage. I love all things tomato, basil, and mozzarella. But I took four bites out of this sandwich (two because i couldnt find anything but bread), the bread was rock hard to the point it could break teeth. The sandwich was mostly bread. With hardly anything on it. It had a balsamic vinegar instead of a glaze. I eat pretty much anything. But I actually had to throw that sandwich away.

I had a door dash issue which I suggested they seal their containers or their bags because I wasn't sure if the container opened on accident or the driver opened my food. The salad I ordered was all over the bag and outside of the container which I notified them I threw my salad away. I was not allowed to make a complaint for my entire salad, they only wanted to give me $4 on a $18 salad... So I had to contact door dash and was given a full refund. And then I was notified by door dash that my review would not be posted, so I'm posting here... Such a shame that they can't take constructive criticism and grow. I won't be spending my money here and once others notice, they won't either. 6 months and they close. I bet money on it.

Today 9/21/22 at 7:40 pm the door was locked with two employees inside. The young man who was sweeping the carpet at the entrance mouthed “it’s 8:00, we are closed”. My husband pointed to his watch and said no it’s not but was ignored. There was also a female employee wiping the counter. Closed 20 minutes early!
