Placed an online order, waited 30 minutes, when to retrieve order. Arrived 40 minutes after the order was placed, upon arrival the order had not even been started and was told it would be several minutes before the could start it. Cashier was rude and dismissive. Now jumping through hoops to get a refund. DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDER, you actually end up waiting longer than if you just go to the store front.
Excellent customer service! The crew was quick, polite, funny and attentive to my requests. They moved like a well oiled machine, the manager was friendly and told me a great pizza joke. They have fresh ingredients in a great variety of options, The pizza is absolutely delectable too! Can’t wait to take shop with them again.
