Everytime I think they cant do any worse they surprise me again. Wish I could get my money back. This stuff is still cold. The cheese didnt even melt. Its a hot item and the cheese is still cold. I hate this taco bell the most. In the ENTIRE metro area this location just can't help but be the worst one.
Terrible location. I made an order and paid and then the order mysteriously disappeared into thin air. Manager claims that there is no way the order was made even though I have confirmation that the order had been made. Long story short and skipping the drama. They Stole my Money and claims they could not refund me nor give me my food. I may as we’ll dispute the charge with my bank.
I drove by and didn't expect much. The young man , Matthew, was very polite and thanked me for driving by. The fries are my new favorite. Hot, crispy and fresh.
