Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

First I'd like to say that I love our local Papa Murphy's; my family orders from them at least 2-3 times per month. The food is always great and the employees are very friendly and seem to do their jobs well, but my only complaint is when I went in yesterday, a young man that has been working there for awhile who has thick, long hair past his shoulders did not have his hair restrained. While he was wearing a ball cap, the length of his hair was loose, no hairnet or covering and no ponytail. As someone who has had hair past my bum for 20 years, I know that when long hair is not restrained, it will fall out or fly away and a ball cap is not enough to prevent it from falling into food, and this needs to be corrected.

Whoever owns this place doesn’t take pride in what they have. I am not going to blame the employees because it is past that. If you can’t find people to work when your signs says open then you are either not treating them right or not paying them a competitive wage. We live 3 mins from this store and have to drive to the Hendersonville store because this store is not open half the time and they never answer phone when they are open. If your going to invest money in a business, how about taking a little pride in your business and fix it!

Walked in today at 12/4 at 6:05 to the store and they said they cannot take my order because they said they close at 7. Sign said open and the doors were unlocked. I find this very unprofessional that they refused to take my order even though they were open. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and was taught never to do that to a customer.
