Domino's Pizza

I ordered online October 27th for a Halloween party. We began to track the pizza & it had been very close to an hour after the pizza was ready and had not been delivered. I called put the phone on speaker and a lady answered. She said the pizza was still there. I began to question her because Dominos prides themselves on delivery times. She began to yell and hung up the phone. I called back and asked for the manager on duty THIS WAS THE WORST CUST SERVICE EVER! Shocked

I’m giving it a rate of 1.5 stars. They almost always get my order wrong but I continue to go to this location due to it being the closest. My last order they gave me a hand tossed pizza cut into 6 pieces only. Now, I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. Overall unprofessional

I don't know if there was a language barrier or something else. The female that took my order, it was obvious that English is her 2nd language. Our order was placed at 7:53pm on 2/26/2022. At 9:22pm I had to call and find out where our pizza was. I was told 2nd ton next out with a 10 minute eta. When it arrived it was not what we ordered, it was room temperature and it wasn't the price we were quoted. Since it was 9:45pm we ate what was delivered. Domino's never has had a good reputation in my experience and this experience further confirms my opinion of the company.
