Papa Johns Pizza

I used to tell people how I love Papa John’s and they would say....really! Well, I finally know what they were talking about. Before the new owners I thought everything was good. The last 3 times have been a real flop and that will be my last time ordering from Papa John’s. There is a couple crumbles of ground beef on mine, nothing like the picture. I had surgery and a friend ordered me dinner, terrible! I also contacted Papa John’s over 2 weeks ago and no response. I’m done with them!

this location's pizza is good, HOWEVER whether your order is taken properly or at all has been the main issue i've had. hours are not consistent with other locations. Take out says 1am, but the store completely closes at 12am.unfortunately i cannot order online for this location either when i want the pizza the same night so i have to call the store for my order. wish papa johns website allowed me to order via other locations. when the order is correct the nail it on the pizza, but main issue is service/customer satisfaction

Only one person in the store was able to properly communicate with me when I went in there to pick up my pizza. When I asked for a cup of sauce it took them ten minutes of “searching” for it but then came back with nothing so I had to ask another person to help me and then they charged me for the sauce. Just go to Dominos for better customer service.
