I had came with my nanny kids and I had the best experience ever with Ashley! I don’t think I’ve ever met someone more accommodating and friendly. She was like a breath of fresh air. She was smiling ear to ear and making jokes with me. I sat inside the McDonald’s for 30+ minutes and saw her treat EVERY single person with the same nice, fresh personality. She had everyone grinning along with her. She’s truly a gem of a human being. You guys are super lucky to have her!
Heavily understaffed during its late time hours. Line took at least 15 minutes to get through, but staff was kind and not flustered. Definitely need more on that shift though
When it comes to mobile order never do that again i placed an order and got charge with out giving me my food . Why even bother to do drive ups if you cant handle having the app working correctly. The manager or whatever you wanna call her is a lier she responded with me getting a gift card and havent received it 3 weeks why be a lier for
