Papa Johns Pizza

They completed my order in a timely fashion, were friendly when I walked in, and also went out of their way to do my pizza “well done” as ordered. Those last two points are not always common at other locations. No complaints!

I ordered a pizza on 6/28. The tracker said approx 45 minutes. Then it said it was on its way. 20 minutes after it was supposed to be on its way I called. The manager, Ashley, said that she only had two drivers. I waited another 20 minutes before I canceled my order and asked for a refund. Ashley told me it would be 3-5 days before I got my refund. I called today which was 10 days later to ask about my refund. I spoke with Ashley again and she implied she had already given me a refund and I should “check with my bank”. Two minutes later I got a notification from my credit card company showing that I had just received a refund. Why lie? Just say you forgot and apologize. She was very unprofessional and rude. I used to order from this location a lot but not anymore. I understand people are short on staff but maybe let people know that it may be two hours before you get a pizza and it also may be in the car for 40 minutes before it’s delivered to you so they can make a choice.
