Jimmy John's

Got my order completely wrong, were not wearing masks, could not refund my order until the following day. They were supposed to call me, and did not because they lost my number, so I had to call them to badger them about the money they owed me. Polite though

So aggravated with this Jimmy John's, UGH!!! Go to place my order for the 3 sandwiches that I needed at 4:30 on a rainy Wensday. Gave the kid my card and a few minutes later my families food was ready. Cool or so I thought!! I ordered 1 sandwich with no onions the other 2 sandwiches nothing special was needed. Long story short ,the ONLY sandwich that was correct was the Slim!!! I didn't even get close to what I ordered it's like the kid and whoever he was talking to made whatever they wanted to make!! No line in the drive thru the WHOLE time I was there, so it's not like we slammed. Oh it was a rainy Wensday not like it was a beautiful day here. Words can not even begin to describe how aggravated I am because I just love scrapping Mayo and Onions off the wrong sandwich!!

I am highly disappointed in this Jimmy John's. I placed an order on their app and when I hadn't received my order after 40 minutes I called the store and was completely dismissed. The sandwich was made wrong. The final total wait time for a "Freaky Fast" delivery was an hour and 20 minutes.
