Papa Johns Pizza

I placed a pick up order. It was canceled by the employees. I then placed a delivery order which was also canceled by an employee. Called Sean Nall the "manager" and said, its ok I refunded the money and will talk to the employee. Ahhh thanks? Where the pizza I've been waiting 13 hours for? F this place and their employees/management.

I ordered chicken Alfredo and, upon delivery discovered I had a pan of cheese and a couple of green veggies (possibly spinach). There wasn't any pasta or chicken. The so-called Alfredo was cheese and grease, which I tossed in the garbage.

And to think I gave them such a glowing review and not that long ago... Smh. I spent the last hour trying to get through to the store gone through 4 remote order takers.... And even spoke with customer service I literally started this process at 9:30 and now it is 10:45 p.m.... customer service was literally like sorry there's nothing I can do. This place keeps screwing up a very simple pizza over and over again and it's rare that I call and complain. I'll just try to fix it at home so long as it is still edible and not completely burnt to a crisp. I just want to use my replacement pizza on their books, theyve made it completely impossible. I would just otherwise go on the app and order and see screw it but I literally don't even want to get in my business right now
