Papa Johns Pizza

I usually dont leave reviews, but this place is terrible. I ordered last night around 9pm and delivery took nearly 2 hrs and the people making my pizza either dont care about how its made nor if the toppings are fresh but the pepperoni was a brownish color and the crust was extremely stale. I will say I ordered from here around 5pm on a Wednesday and my pizza was good along with prompt delivery, but it seems like with shift changes come drastic changes in service. Its not worth wondering if your pizza will be a hit or miss. Just skip out on this place all together.

I have now twice been lied to about a refund from this particular store. They said they refunded me and I never received it then upon calling and addressing this they gave me the run around. I am in a nursing home and cannot reach there store in person. Phone calls do nothing and neither does emailing them. Do not order from them. They will mess your order up promise a refund and you will never receive it.i repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS ON YORK ROAD. They are crooks and do not care about there customers.

The woman who answered my call was extremely unprofessional and sassy. To be fair, she does work at a papa Johns at 1 in the morning; however, I was being nice. I tried calling 4 more times (no hyperbole) and she put me through to the papa johns hold. If you want poor service from sassy folks then order from here. Otherwise, don’t. To continue this review, the pizza was awful. After finally getting our pizza through an online order (not the poor phone service), the pizza was horrendous. Even if you were coming back from a night out, you would recognize the awfulness of this pizza.
